Our Team
Matthew Lickteig
Property Manager
Matthew joined The Grossman Companies, Inc. in 2010. He has been in Property Management for over 10 years and is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Old Towne Village Apartments. He coordinates resident services, community events and has committed to support the local community.
Within the company, Matthew has worked diligently alongside our Maintenance Supervisor, Max, in the maintenance department where he has gained a wealth of knowledge of the entire property.
Matthew is a UMass Lowell alum, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Law. He enjoys spending his summers with family and friends at his house in Cape Cod. He is extremely active with golf, captains and participates in many dart leagues and is an avid fisherman.
Kate Koskinen
Office Manager
Kate joined The Grossman Companies, Inc. in 2018. She has been in Property Management for 4 years, but before then had been in Business Management for over 8 years. Kate strives to build a positive relationship with her current and prospective tenants.
Working alongside Matthew, she assists in overseeing Old Towne Village Apartments, including showing the property, answering relevant questions, and creating a sustainable living environment for all those whose wish to call Old Towne Village their home.
Kate is a Johnson and Wales University alum, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. She enjoys spending her free time crocheting, reading, and surrounding herself with friends and family.
Max Macias
Maintenance Manager
Max joined The Grossman Companies, Inc. in 2000. Max handles the overall upkeep and property maintenance of Old Towne Village Apartments. He handles all resident work requests and coordinates all of the contractor work throughout the property.
Max has been in the maintenance field for over 30 years and has held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at several apartment communities.
Max spends his free time coaching many sports teams including basketball, baseball and football. He enjoys fishing in the open ocean and caring for his many fish tanks and fish ponds at home.
